Billing descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as "[BILLING DESCRIPTOR]". Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period.

Refunds & chargebacks

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case; contact support@joinunveiled.com. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us before disputing, we resolve most issues quickly. Fraudulent chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
