18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Records

All models, actors, and persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Unveiled were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the depiction was created.

Unveiled requires every creator to complete government-issued photo ID and age verification before publishing, and requires documented consent and age verification for every additional person depicted in any content.

Custodian of Records

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records for Unveiled, Inc. The Custodian's name and physical address of record will be designated and published here prior to public launch, and made available to authorized requesters as required by law.

Exemption note

Content that does not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined by the statute is exempt; nonetheless, Unveiled verifies the age and identity of all creators and depicted persons platform-wide.
